package. From the moment you make the valuation appointment to the sending
of your commission invoice (always the best bit!) EasPro has it covered.
I’ll willingly confess that when we first got the original package
it was a convenient tool to manage buyers, match them to properties and
upload properties onto our website. With the latest release installed
and a days training I’m now beginning to use the package to it’s
full potential.
Now I can use it as a true all in one Estate Agency software tool, little
extras like a diary that reminds you 20 minutes before your next valuation
or viewing and tells you which of the vendors hasn’t had feedback
from recent viewings. It can also send text messages automatically to
potential buyers telling them of your latest instruction.
Estate Software also offer a website design service and I have been very pleased with the results and their willingness to advise me on new technologies such as website optimization and advances in web design.
Websites are an essential part of most businesses these days and a good one can be the difference between success and failure. I am pleased to report that we receive a very good response to all three websites designed by Estate Software which means we have a 24 hour worldwide shop window.
